TRACKONLINE SUPPORTS COLLECT, REPAIR & RE-USE
To support our Collect, Repair & Re-use platform for efficient pallet reuse and management, we’ve chosen the cloud platform TrackOnline. This enables us to truly streamline the return, management, and reuse of pallets: fully digital, real-time visibility, and ready for future legislation.

Cost Savings and Sustainability
TrackOnline is fully developed with a focus on both cost savings and sustainability. The platform supports the Dutch government’s ambition for a fully circular economy by 2050. By managing reusable packaging online, pallets and packaging materials can be reused endlessly, resulting in reduced purchasing and less production of new materials.
Preventing Errors and Delays
The decision to use TrackOnline was made in 2024, with implementation starting in 2025. TrackOnline puts an end to the largely manual tracking of packaging flows. No more Excel files, scattered communication, or manual admin work. Just as important: TrackOnline prevents errors and delays, and provides better control. All transactions—deliveries, returns, balances, and documents—are automatically and centrally recorded. Customers can log in to view live updates, manage transactions, and place orders.

Future-Proof Circular Logistics
TrackOnline is integrated with our ERP system, Business Central, creating a seamless flow of information between logistics, administration, and the customer. We also use data from TrackOnline to gain insight into our scope 3 CO₂ emissions, enabling us to report circular performance in line with the international SBTi protocol. This is important for us and for our customers. The implementation of TrackOnline also helps us comply with the PPWR regulation, which will mandate reuse in the EU starting in 2030. This is how we’re building future-proof, circular logistics that benefit our customers, our supply chain, and the climate.
